Tender Details

This market concerns the preparation and delivery of school and holiday meals. For information purposes, the indicative quantity of meals and soups to be delivered per month are: Schools Soup: 175 liters Maternal meal: 1200 meals Meal primary: 1000 meals Adult meal: 50 meals Proportions for primary: in derogation from what the Wallonia-Brussels Federation recommends, the service provider must commit to increasing the proportions by 20%. Plains Child meals: 3 to 6 years: 2500 Meals child: 7 to 15 years: 4700 Adult meal: 1500. It is useful to specify that a variation must be offered when pork is included on the menu, either through a vegetarian menu or a Halal menu. Please note that the supply of food must be planned with whole pieces to avoid any handling in our schools of having to cut or separate food - For example, one sausage per child or a small apple, we must avoid having to cut the sausage into three or the apple into four etc. Meals must be delivered between 11:00 and 12:00. If this timing is not respected. The contracting authority has provided for special compensation. Our canteens do not have a kitchen to keep meals warm.
