INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION

(SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2019 intends to apply the sum SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 75, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of TECHNOCRAT BULLETIN / SCHOOL PAPER use.

Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Only sealed bids/Quotations from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation.

Price Quotation must be delivered to the address below on or before MARCH 22, 2019; 12:00 p.m.

Opening of Price Quotation shall be on MARCH 22, 2019; 1:00 p.m. at KIT FITNESS ROOM. Late price quotation shall not be accepted.

The KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
