Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for facility maintenance and operations services for the University-s new School of Medicine site and building located at 150 Central Park Drive, Brampton, including but not limited to:Responding to all occupants' facilities requests;24/7/365 on call emergency facilities services;Performing in house and/or selecting and managing subcontractors for many services, not limited to:Janitorial/cleaning servicesSnow removal services;Landscaping services;HVAC maintenance services;Fire alarm and sprinkler inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services; andMany others.The Deliverables are further described in Appendix B.
The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement for these Services, provided in Appendix E.
