Black Gold School Division (BGSD) is opening a new grade 8 - 12 school in Leduc, Alberta in August 2024 with an estimated opening enrollment of 780 students. The Black Gold School Division invites you to submit a proposal to provide an integrated Audio Video system to satisfy the needs and requirements outlined below. Respondents are required to supply all equipment as per the proposed listing. Proposals containing a partial listing, at the discretion of BGSD, may not be accepted. Required Equipment Large Gym ● One 12 by 7 foot video wall display (South wall) ● Two standard shot clock displays ● Two 85” display monitors with protective covers, mounted on the North wall ● Integrated Audio system appropriate for a large high school gymnasium with 2 microphones and 2 headsets. ● All programming and device configurations to run from one control panel. ● 2 consoles capable of scorekeeping basketball and volleyball games. Small Gym ● Basic audio system capable of playing music and using microphones/headsets
