Tender Details

This is a service contract aimed at providing collective catering services, in hotline, for the needs of the municipality of Pierrelaye. The services include catering for school children. nursery and elementary schools, leisure reception, multi-reception, as well as adults and seniors, under the conditions defined in the Special Technical Clauses. The market includes in particular: - the supply of foodstuffs food; - preparing meals and snacks; - hot link transport; - distribution of meals; - the service, routine cleaning and operating services provided for in the CCTP; - the special services provided for in the CCTP, including snacks, picnics, vegetarian meals and services adapted to different audiences. The basic offer concerns a 4-component meal. Candidates must provide figures for any additional services provided for in these consultation regulations, relating to the addition of a 5th component and, where applicable, a 6th component
