The purpose of this market is to provide school catering in the town of Ceyreste. Framework agreement for purchase orders concluded with a single successful bidder in accordance with decree 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018. The CCTP of this contract gives the technical context in which the services must be carried out. The precise description of the works and their general technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) and their possible annexes. The economic operator must accept all the conditions and constraints linked to the obligations which will be stipulated to it during the duration of the framework agreement. In any case, once the contract has been concluded, on the basis of the prices proposed by the holder, the latter will not be able under any circumstances to subsequently claim any oversight or poor consideration of operating conditions. No complaints may be made by the economic operator during the course of the contract concerning the conditions for carrying out the services.
