School bus in the Zgierz commune The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new intercity school bus, year of production not older than 2025, together with equipment within the meaning of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), adapted to transport of people with disabilities in a wheelchair.
