LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES FOR PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL TESTING OF WATER SAMPLES
A.
General
1.
Scope
a.
The scope of work is to render laboratory testing services for physical and chemical analysis of water samples provided by CKWD.
2.
Conditions
a.
The supplier must have a testing facility within Region 11 and 12.
b.
Test results should be sent within one month upon receiving the water samples.
c.
Test results could be in digital or hard copy.
d.
The supplier must be a valid DOH Accredited testing laboratory.
