Tender Details
The scanning electron microscope is an indispensable tool in modern scientific research. It is used to study the surfaces of different organic, inorganic, semiconductor or metallic materials. In particular, it is very useful for morphological analysis to study its propertieschemical, physical and mechanical properties of materials. Morphological analyzes are performed with secondary electron (SE) or backscattered electron (BSE) detectors. Along with obtaining an image, it is possible to determine the elemental composition of the sample surface, with the help of an analyzerr of energy dispersive X-rays (EDX). Through the electron beam lithography adder block EBL (electron beam lithography) you can generate geometric shapes, bitmap images, text, alignment markers. The microscope can also work in a low vacuum system which allows the sample to be analyzed withoutspecial preparation or coating.
