We currently operate a tabletop SEM that has been in service for an extended period and is widely used by multiple users. However, it is limited in resolution and lacks advanced analytical capabilities. Due to the increasing demand for higher-resolution imaging and compositional analysis, CACT intends to procure a compact (benchtop or small footprint) SEM system with integrated EDS.
