Greetings! I am asking you to participate in the tender for tires for Scania of the following sizes: Tire 315/70R22.5 R230 ns 18 12/148M - 4 pcs. Tire 385/65R22.5 164K 158L 3PSF DRT2 HL (Debica) - 18 pcs. Please provide a commercial offer indicating the following: price for 1 piece excluding VAT, payment terms, delivery terms, guarantees, please add paper versions of the offers to the attachment, attaching a photo with a pattern of the protector. In case of cooperation, the contract will only use our sample. This Request is not an offer to conclude a contract and does not create any obligations for CEMARK to sign a future agreement. It serves only as a tool for obtaining commercial offers. Any legal relationship will be considered valid only after the conclusion of a final written contract, signed by both parties. The Supplier confirms that it is obliged to provide full explanations and clarifications regarding all conditions included in its proposal.
