The contract consists of the digitalization in image mode of archive documents from the Haute-Vienne department. These documents can be in paper form or in the form of photographic media. The service will include: support at the Archives departmental offices of Haute-Vienne archive documents to be digitized (original documents); packaging, round-trip transport and insurance of documents to be scanned; the digitization of archive documents (original documents) in accordance with the specifications of market parts; delivery of data on digital hard disk; the restitution of original documents on the Departmental Archives website. Place of execution: the scanning operation will take place in the premises of the provider. The collection and return of documents will take place at the Departmental Archives of Haute-Vienne, 1 allée Alfred Leroux in LIMOGES (87000). The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without minimum and with a maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Order Code public.
