Description
Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Scalable Network Technologies, at 6059 Bristol Parkway Ste 200 Culver City, CA. 90230. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is because Scalable Network Technologies the sole manufacturer and developer of QualNet and EXata software, and associated add on modules. These products have a very specific use and generally require direct support by SCALABLE in the installation, training, and use of the software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 04 April 2020 at 4:30 pm Est. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - Fort Gordon will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
