St Lawrence College is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engaged qualified Audio-Visual contractors to design and implement a scalable, standardized AV system across its Brockville, Cornwall, and Kingston campuses. This initiative aims to modernize classroom environments and support advanced flexible learning methodologies. The AV solution must seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Teams and our Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. The solution must deliver professional-grade audio and video, along with intuitive control systems that support flexible, high-quality learning experiences. This AV design will serve as a model for campus-wide standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability across learning spaces. The project will be two phases ; Phase 1 is the pilot phase and Phase 2 will follow successful completion and evaluation of Phase 1.
