1 "SCADA COMMUNICATION LINK AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
LOCATION: Thirty-Five (35) Pumping Stations
III. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Service Provider shall:
1. Provide and maintain a dedicated communication link (minimum 15 Mbps combined uplink/downlink) from each SCADA-equipped pumping station to the CCWD Central Monitoring Office.
2. Diagnose, maintain, and repair all SCADA field devices and communication hardware.
3. Identify, link, and test all Input/Output (I/O) hardware connected to the SCADA software.
4. Monitor and ensure reliable data transmission between field devices and the central system.
5. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance of all SCADA locations.
6. Provide 24/7 technical support and on-call assistance for SCADA-related issues.
7. Submit monthly maintenance and diagnostic reports to the Production Section
