Sc 9129 - Hidrolab Room on the Colchagua Uoh Campus
The project contemplates the partial remodeling of the B-205 HIDROLAB ECA3 Laboratory of the University of O'Higgins, including the adaptation of interior spaces, manufacture and installation of specialized furniture, construction of dividing wall with glazed cloth, installation of a new door and execution of the electrical, sanitary and finishing modifications necessary for its correct operation, in accordance with the plans and technical specifications of the project. The work considers the supply of materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, execution of civil works, assembly, coordination of specialties, functional tests and final cleaning, as well as all the complementary items necessary to deliver the laboratory completely finished, operational, safe and suitable for use, complying with the current regulations and good construction practices. The contractor must plan and coordinate the work with the ITO Technical Works Inspection, seeking to minimize interference with the academic and administrative activities of the University, protect existing facilities and repair, at your own expense, any damage caused. Likewise, you must verify the dimensions, levels, interferences and conditions of the premises on site before starting the work, promptly reporting any discrepancies detected. The execution must conform to the plans, the Technical Specifications and current legislation, including the General Urban Planning and Construction Law and Ordinance, INN standards and regulations applicable to electrical, sanitary and gas installations.
