(MOBILE COMMAND POST)
1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the Corporate
Budget Approved by the Governing Board for 20264 intends to apply the sum
of Twenty-Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 22, 400, 000.00)
Inclusive of VAT and other Taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for SPECIFIC-PURPOSE VEHICLE (MOBILE
COMMAND POST), SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-34-26. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for 1-Lot SPECIFIC
PURPOSE VEHICLE (MOBILE COMMAND POST)5 using the Fit for Purpose
procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Eighty (180)
calendar days from receipt of Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed,
at least a single contract for the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and
