SERVICES & MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
GRID-TIED SOLAR POWER SYSTEM AT SBECC
1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate
Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board,
intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos
only (Php 13, 440, 000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SERVICES AND
MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF GRID-TIED SOLAR POWER SYSTEM
AT SBECC SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-15-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for the SERVICES
AND MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF GRID-TIED SOLAR POWER
SYSTEM AT SBECC using the Fit for Purpose procurement strategy. Delivery of the
