Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
WINDOWS SERVER LICENSES
1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate
Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board,
intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Nine
Hundred Sixty Two Pesos and Sixty-seven Centavos (Php 4, 366, 962.67)
inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the WINDOWS SERVER LICENSES SBMA-BAC
GOODS-IB-13-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for the WINDOWS
SERVER LICENSES using the Fit for Purpose procurement strategy. Delivery of the
Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed, at least a single contract for the last ten (10) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
