REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND SUBMISSION OF PRICE QUOTATION (FINANCIAL PROPOSAL) FOR THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE APPRAISAL OF ASSORTED UNSERVICEABLE SCRAP VEHICLE
1. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), using its Corporate Budget for the procurement approved by its Board of Directors for 2018 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments for the Consultancy Services for the Appraisal of Assorted Unserviceable Scrap Vehicle.. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of price quotations.
2. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now requests for expressions of interest and submission of price quotation (financial proposal) for the Consultancy Services for the Appraisal of Assorted Unserviceable Scrap Vehicle in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (Annex A). The price quotation/financial proposal shall include, but not be limited to, all applicable taxes, the provision of labor, materials, tools, equipment, application / securing of all permits and other incidentals necessary to complete the works. Completion of the Works required is Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The requirements for an eligible bidder and other pertinent data are contained in the Terms and Conditions.
3. SBMA shall apply Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), also known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), for the procurement of consultancy services for the proposed project.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. The SBMA now invites Consultants (Firm/Individual) for the Consultancy Services to handle the project. Interested consultants must submit their Expression of Interest together with Certificate of PHILGEPS Registration and other relevant documents. Duly accomplished SEALED BID ENVELOPE must be delivered on or before 10:00 a.m., AUGUST 13, 2018, at PPMD, BAC Secretariat, Room 201, Bldg. 255, Barryman Road, CBD, SBFZ. Sealed Bid Envelope should strictly follow the prescribed envelope format herein below, specifically indicating the Title of the Procurement Project at the Addressee-s Information. Sealed quotations may be sent thru private courier companies, and shall indicate the Title of the Procurement Project at the Addressee-s Information appearing on the courier-s envelope/plastic pouch containing the sealed quotation, as follows
