1) The Dept. of Agriculture- Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (Php 15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE STRATEGIC FLEET REVITALIZATION AND MARITIME DOMAIN AWARENESS (MDA) FRAMEWORK FOR THE PHILIPPINE BLUE ECONOMY (2026-2032). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
