Supply and Delivery of Projector and Projector Screen
(SBAC 01-ITB-11-2026)
1) The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP4, 606, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Projector and Projector Screen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DMW now invites bids for the above-mentioned Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is within Forty-five (45) working days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within a period of three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
