1) The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), through the MITS - FY 2025 Continuing Capital Outlay4 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (₱7, 007, 238.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration into Operational State of Hardware and Software of Server Load Balancer with Web Application Firewall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
