Tender Details

The subject of performance of the awarded public contract is the construction work related to the savings of the energy of the building, which after construction work is a functional use of pension, apartment and shop (multipurpose building). As part of the construction modifications, the 2nd stage will be made:  the completion of unrealized parts of the roof insulation from the 1st stage,  thermal insulation of the historical part of the building,  dividing non -load -bearing plasterboard structures on the 3rd floor  Replacing the outer openings on the historic building,  thermal insulation and FINALIZATION OF BALKONS  completion of the terrace on the 3rd floor incl. Anchor points for steel. Construction  Thermal insulation of the roof above the integrity of the 2nd floor. The detailed description of the subject and the conditions of the performance of the public contract is given in the draft Terms and Conditions - the draft contract for work (Annex 1 of the tender documentation) and in the project documentation (Annex 5 of the tender documentation). The basis for the preparation of the offer is a list of construction work, supplies and services, including the bill of office, project documentation and other documents that are an integral part of this tender documentation.
