Conducting user satisfaction surveys for the Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
By organizing the 2024-2027 satisfaction survey for universal service providers and distributors to be conducted among household consumers of the natural gas and electricity sector, performance of activities related to its creation, control, coordination, execution of some of its parts, control, analysis, evaluation and presentation of the received data. Part of the task is to prepare a press release about the start and results of the survey, the FEF-Index picturemaking a time series analysis, as well as holding an online or personal publicity campaign aimed at presenting the results.t organization, management, control, coordination of the user satisfaction survey in accordance with the developed and approved methodology of the satisfaction surveys that must be carried out by licensees, carrying out individual parts, processing, analyzing and evaluating the received data, production of interim and final documents, preparation of press releases about the start and results of the survey in the 2024-2027 survey years.
