UNRWA - Invitation to Bid - Satchels for UNRWA Students Bidders must enclose in their bids the samples of items, Samples are to be delivered to [Central Warehouses - Damascus - Al Mazzeh). prior to the bid closure date otherwise, the bid will not be considered4.2 Financial Evaluation Financial Evaluation: Lowest cost, best technically and commercially acceptable offer.Remarks: • Sample is required and mandatory.• This Tender is addressed only to the service providers working inside Syria (Local suppliers) or for overseas companies that have a representative inside Syria.• Incoterms2020: DDP -Damascus- UNRWA General store• Delivery Period : Maximum 12 Weeks after award the contract• Bidders must enclose in their bids valid correlating bank account as per business registration details.• UNRWA will only pay to the bank account of the supplier name as appearing on the PO or contract only.
