Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is:

1. ensuring the implementation of the Information System including deployment of: SAP S/4 for Utilities, Customer Engagement (CE) extension for S/4HANA for Utilities, SAP S/4 Enterprise, Management (ERP+) and SAP HCM,

2. ensuring the implementation of all other professional implementation work, which means the sum of activities aimed at putting the Information System into operation, i.e. in particular installation work, data migration, training, testing, programming, elimination of errors preventing acceptance, consultation, development of documentation, as well as other professional work necessary for the integration of individual components of the Information System into a complex functional solution,

3. ensuring the provision of consulting and development services based on orders from the Principal in the range of up to 5, 000 man-days ("MD"),

4. ensuring the provision of service services and subsequent technical support for a period of three years from the acceptance of the phase Post Go-live support,

while the minimum technical conditions that the subject of the contract must meet are specified in Annex No. 1 of these Instructions (Minimum Technical Conditions).
