Part A: Provision of Operations and Support Services Part B: Licensing support for SAP software The subject of the competitive dialogue is the selection of a partner / provider of the required services, in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information specified in the contract. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts: Part A: Provision of Operations and Support Services Part B: Licensing support for SAP software The scope of the contract subject for each part will be defined with regard to the course of the competitive dialogue and may be Modified by the contractor based on technical, economic and/or commercial circumstances. In relation to both parts, the contractor reserves the right to extend the contract (so-called option) by + 12 months. A more detailed description of the needs of the Purchaser for the purposes of this tender of the dialogue forms Annex 2 of the informative document. Since the subject of performance will be the maintenance of key software having a direct and incalculable impact on daily operations, the detailed description of the required services constitutes confidential information.
