Part A: Provision of Operations and Support Services Part B: SAP software support The subject of the competitive dialogue is the selection of a partner / provider of the required services, in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information listed in contract. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts: Part A: Provision of Operations and Support Services: Part B: SAP software support The scope of the subject of the contract for each part will be defined with regard to the course of the competitive dialogue and may be adjusted by the Procurer to based on technical, economic and/or business circumstances. In relation to both parts, the contractor reserves the right to extend the contract (so-called option) by + 12 months. A more detailed description of the needs of the Purchaser for the purposes of this competitive dialogue is included in Appendix 2 informative document. Since the subject of performance will be the maintenance of key software having a direct and incalculable impact on daily operations, the detailed description of the required services constitutes confidential information. This information will only be provided qualified applicants on the basis of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The contractor will not publish this document, as this would jeopardize its own cyber security and business continuity.
