Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Moreover, UM profiles itself through its strong international orientation. An increasing number students from all over the Netherlands and abroad choose the Maastricht system. The UM is the youngest university in the Netherlands and is growing rapidly. There are currently more than 23, 000 students and 5, 000 employees. Education and research at UM is mainly organized on the basis of faculties and schools. More information about UM can be found on the website. Content of the Tender The work concerns the realization of undisturbed payroll processing in accordance with the requirements and wishes set by the UM. The work consists of: Support, error recovery, regular maintenance and customizing in SAP Payroll and SAP Travel Management (pay components, calculation rules and calculation schedule); Payroll processing. Contractor must ensure that the law and regulations (including legal collective labor agreement) are applied in the SAP Payroll and SAP TravelManagement systems to be supported, if SAP Payroll related. Purpose and intended result of the Tender The purpose of this Request for Quotation is entering into an Agreement with one party. The effective date of this agreement is scheduled for August 1, 2026 and will end, unless extended, by operation of law on July 31, 2028. This Agreement can be extended for a maximum of 1x2 and 2x1 years. The the maximum duration of the Agreement is therefore six (6) years.
