Description : It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of SAP Application Consultancy Services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Scope of Work Summary

1. Scope

1.1. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Management Services, the SAP-team provides application support and information management services for the benefit of all organs and activities of the Court. The Court invites SAP service providers that will provide SAP business and application consultancy services to the Court for a period of one (1) year. The objective is to source one or more SAP consultancy partners to cover the aforementioned modules and to provide experts to (help) implement business improvement initiatives.

1.2. In order to continuously improve the SAP-services and to align with changing administrative business processes, the Court has defined a number of improvements in mentioned SAP ERP modules. To support the successful implementation of these improvements, the Court seeks the support of SAP functional and technical application experts with extensive business process knowledge.
