The purpose of the contract is the provision of a sanitation service for inhabited spaces classified as “unhealthy” in the municipality of Madrid, in order to avoid the risks that this situation may generate for the health of neighbors and residents. as well as on public health, since these situations go from an individual problem to representing a health problem, both for residents and neighbors and, in general, a community health problem. For the purposes of this contract, buildings, whether private homes or other rooms inhabited legally or illegally, as well as urban land that has human settlements and in general all that space, built or not, that constitutes the habitual or occasional residence of people.
