The subject of the order is the repair service of sanitary vehicles in the scope of 2 (two) parts: Part No. 1 - repair service of the IVECO 40E13WM multi-carrier sanitary vehicle, manufactured in 2007, for the 3rd mechanized battalion in Zamość; Part No. 2 - service repair of the SCAM/AMZ SM50 multi-carrier sanitary vehicle, manufactured in 2004 for the 3rd Military Field Hospital in Lublin. Case No. ZP/PN/12/2026 CPV CODE: 50421000-2 - Repair and maintenance services for medical equipment Detailed description of the item the order was included in Chapter III of the SWZ. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the employment of employees under an employment contract. 1. The contractor is obliged to employ on the basis of a specified employment contract in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Code work (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) of employees who will perform activities related to the repair of vehicles during the implementation of the Agreement. 2. Employment of employees referred to in section 1 should last continuously throughout the entire period of implementation of the Agreement, indicated in § 2 of the contract. 3. In the event of termination of employment of the employees referred to in section 1 during the period referred to in § 2 of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to employ other employees in their place under the conditions specified in section 1 within 7 days from date of termination of employment. 4.
