SANITARY TRANSPORT SERVICES USING SPECIALIZED TYPE S AMBULANCES SANITARY TRANSPORT SERVICES IN T, K, P OPTIONS 1) The subject of the order is the provision of sanitary transport services in the field of - sanitary transport by type "T", "K", "P" and "S" 2) The subject of the contract was divided into 2 tasks (parts). -SANITARY TRANSPORT SERVICES USING SPECIALIZED TYPE S AMBULANCES -SANITARY TRANSPORT SERVICES IN T, K, P OPTIONS 3)Contractors may submit offers for any selected task. Every performer may submit an offer covering one part of the order, or any larger number of parts of the order. 4) Detailed description of the subject of the order, including all tasks (parts) and a description of the requirements set by the ordering party in the scope of implementation individual scopes of benefits, specify: -Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ -Price forms for Task No. 1 and 2, i.e. Annexes No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ, respectively, - draft contract for the provision of sanitary transport services for the Task No. 1 S-type specialized ambulances - Annex No. 6a to SWZ. - draft contract for the provision of sanitary transport services for Task No. 2 in options T, K, P - Annex No. 6b to the SWZ.
