The purpose is to ensure that the police at all times have access to robust, functional and quality-assured material and equipment that supports life-saving first aid in emergency situations. The acquisition will help ensure a comprehensive material portfolio that supports the police's ability to provide quick and correct life-saving efforts in line with established methods and national standards. It is therefore an important part of the purpose of the procurement to be able to resupply already existing sanitation systems, including acquiring products that meet the current regulations for medical equipment, and which can be integrated into existing training and treatment procedures in the police.
