This Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) serves to pre-qualify Prime Contractors that have the ability and interest to act as Prime Contractor for the construction of the Sandy Bay Subdivision, Contract 1 - Stage 2 Phase 3, ISC Project No. CTE62 (Project), located on Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation (PBCN) Sandy Bay I.R. No. 202 (Sandy Bay). The proposed works are generally listed below but may be increased, decreased, or modified in the Bid Documents subsequently issued to the prequalified Prime Contractors.
The community of Sandy Bay, Saskatchewan is located approximately 430 km northeast of Prince Albert and 60 km north of Pelican Narrows. The Sandy Bay community consists of both the PBCN Sandy Bay I.R. No. 202 site and the Northern Village of Sandy Bay, each with their own administrations; however, the community shares common infrastructure such as the water treatment plant, water distribution system, sewage collection system, and sewage lagoon. Access to the community is via Highway 135.
The Work generally comprises of the construction of the Sandy Bay Stage 2 Phase 3 Subdivision including:
