There will be a site visit to the building on 14 April 2026 between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. The point of Contact will be Kyle Lee at (208) 755-5950 or email [email protected] coordiante with him to add your company to the list of visitors.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Contractors shall provide janitorial services for the Sandpoint Ranger District on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (except those provided by the Government) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size.
