Background and purpose A. PROJECT INFORMATION A.1 Invitation to tender Heim municipality hereby invites tenders for: Entreprise E1: Complete delivery and installation of process engineering equipment at the Sandbukta water treatment plant. Entreprise E1 is organized as a turnkey contract and the contractor must provide a functional and process guarantee for the offered facility. This document, with the provisions, description and drawings to which reference is made, provides the framework for the offer and shows which functional and quality requirements must be met. The tenderer must himself provide the necessary working basis, including drawings, calculations, FDV documentation etc. All inquiries regarding the tender must be made via Hyyr.
