Tender Details

The subject of this public contract is the supply of new equipment and the provision of related services, the subject of which consists in particular in • delivery of a device for radiofrequency therapy to the place of delivery in accordance with the terms of the contract and in accordance with the terms of the purchase contract, • transport and packaged goods, • assembly including the connecting material of the goods, • staff training, • warranty service of the delivered goods, • carrying out safety and technical inspection (BTK) of the goods during the warranty period. This public order is a follow-up to the procurement procedure "Physical Therapy I", part 2 of which - Device for radiofrequency therapy was not awarded due to the cancellation of the public contract. For this reason, the contracting authority announces a new separate procurement procedure for this performance. The contracting authority determined the expected value of the public contract in accordance with principles and procedures according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on awarding public contracts, as amended, to CZK 500, 000 without VAT. The minimum requirements for the subject of the public contract are listed in Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions - Draft purchase contract (hereinafter "agreement") and in Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions - Technical specification (hereinafter referred to as "technical specification").
