SAN network modernization 1. Name of the order: Modernization of the SAN network. 2.The subject of the order is: 2.1. purchase and delivery of Equipment to the Ordering Party's Location*; 2.2. provision of installation and implementation services, including testing diagnostics; 2.3. conducting training workshops for the Ordering Party's employees along with the transfer of proprietary rights and derivative rights to the training materials; 2.4. provision of the Service by the Contractor; 3.
