The subject of the advance notice is the purchase of four different salty snack products for the restaurants of Leijona Catering Oy (hereinafter "Procurement Unit"). The snack product is filled with meat or meat products, poultry or poultry-based, cheese-egg-filled, and vegetable-filled versions. The purpose of this advance notice is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, to map the market situation, to enable submission of comments on the future procurement (for the draft request for tender) and to receive information about the procurement, so that the actual tender can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. The advance notice does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the procurement as described in this notice, and the procurement entity can leave the tender completely not implemented. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the answers received in the advance notification when preparing the request for tender. Answering the advance notification does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for the actual tender later on for participation.
