BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region prospective Bidders to submit Quotations for the purchase of one or more of the Goods in “as is” condition, as further described in Part A of Appendix A (RFQ Particulars). MEETINGS: Bidders are advised the surplus buses can be viewed on Thursday December 4, 2025, at the following location at times:Locations and Times 1. 8300 Keele Street, Vaughan, ON L4K 2A5 at 8:30 a.m. (EST)2. 55 Orlando Avenue, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 0B4 at 10:30 a.m. (EST)3. 18110 Yonge Street, Newmarket, ON L3Y 8V1 at 12:30 p.m. (EST)*Note: Refer to Appendix E of the RFQ for the list of buses available and their location.Viewing of the buses and Equipment is recommended but is not mandatory.All attendees MUST:Confirm their attendance prior to the Site visit with the Region-s Purchasing Analyst by emailing Susan.Elkins@york.ca no later than December 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
