Sales support The procurement consists of two (2) delivery areas. Delivery area 1: In-store sales services Norsk Tipping wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for in-store sales services. The services must function as a supplement to the company's own sales managers who operate outside the store. The supplier must contribute to the follow-up of Norsk Tipping's dealers, so that they can deliver the best possible service. This includes sales services and store activities, including implementation and follow-up of store concepts, product launches and other related activities. The assignment concerns follow-up of dealers throughout Norway. It is a requirement that the services are performed by the supplier's own employees or employees of subcontractors, to ensure continuity and quality. Delivery area 2: Telephone follow-up: Norsk Tipping plans to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the implementation of telephone follow-up related to the distribution of the company's gambling products. Telephone follow-up is used as a strategic tool to support retailers in achieving the best possible effect of planned activities and campaigns. Attention is drawn to the fact that Norsk Tipping's game is subject to the authority of the Ministry of Culture and that changes in regulatory conditions may have an impact on the agreement's implementation.
