The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences The order has been placed divided into 3 parts (3 tasks): Task No. 1: Sales and delivery of a 2D gradient thermal cycler for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of a set of laboratory mixers with automatic pipettes for the Faculty Technology and Nature Task No. 3: Sales and delivery of a kit for testing the microbial activity of waste for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences 2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if: public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 5.
