Sale of physical power rights and advice and assistance for financial security Al Kraftverk KF
The assignment includes reporting on the withdrawal of power and selling the power at Nord Pool to the best possible prices (optimization of the lifetime value of the licensed power), advice and assistance with financial securing of parts of the power rights. The offer has been put out by means of electronic tendering (KGV) and follows the procurement regulations part 2. The duration of the contracts is 5 years. Start date is 1 January 2027. The total power rights covered by the contract are approx. 245 GWh per year. The contract is regulated by the contract terms attached to the tender documents and the specifications that appear in the tender documents and in the supplier's offer. Al Kraftverk KF has the following physical properties rights covered by the assignment: Concession power approx. 101 GWh Ylifossen power plant approx. 12 Gwh. Nes og Usta power plant - replacement power 80 GWh Nes og Usta power plant - shared power 45 65 GWh. The delivery includes the following elements: a) Notification of licensed power and sale of power rights on Nord Pool General The offer must contain a description of how the manager proceeds to optimize the withdrawal of concession power at the best times each month.
