Announcement of public bidding at full speed
The General Corporation for Housing announces the holding of a public auction at full speed to sell Section No. 568, a commercial market - unbuilt, consisting of two floors (ground shops and first floor offices) - located in the sixth sector in the Waer expansion area in Homs Governorate.
- Approximate partition area: 380/m2, only three hundred and eighty square meters.
- Total floor area: /760/m2 only seven hundred and sixty square meters.
- It is allowed to construct a service basement and warehouses under the building area on the ground floor.
- The construction is carried out in accordance with the section-s duties illustrator approved by the institution.
- Construction is subject to the building control system in Homs Governorate.
The levels of the drainage lines implemented around the building are taken into account when determining the approved architectural zero level for the divider in the license and during implementation.
The auction will take place in the General Housing Corporation branch building located west of Damascus Road in Homs, savings housing.
Any Syrian citizen or similar person who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Housing Corporation, Homs Branch, during the period extending from the date of the announcement until twelve noon on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the hour of the opening of the auction, attached with the following documents:

The General Corporation for Housing announces that it will hold a public auction at full speed to sell Section No. 568, a commercial market - unbuilt, consisting of two floors (ground shops and first floor offices) - located in the sixth sector in the Waer expansion area in Homs Governorate.

Approximate area of the partition: 380 square meters, only three hundred and eighty square meters.

- Total floor area: /760/m2 only seven hundred and sixty square meters.

- It is allowed to construct a service basement and warehouses under the building area on the ground floor.

- The construction is carried out according to the department’s assignment drawing and approved by the institution.

- Construction is subject to the building control system in Homs Governorate.

1- Securing participation in this auction in the amount of /1, 500, 000/ SYP only, one million and five hundred thousand new Syrian pounds, nothing more, for the entire partition, and it is presented by a certified check to the order of the General Housing Corporation or a bank transfer from his account to the institution’s account.
