Zlín for the purpose of implementing a development project subject to the future acquisition of non-residential premises The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a complex contractual and economic model, the purpose of which is to enable the creation of a realization of the development project of a multi-functional building on the parcels of the park. no. st. 1/1 and parc. No. 6973, both in the municipal office of Zlín, while maintaining the decisive influence of the contracting authority on the basic form, function and parameters of the future building, while at the same time ensuring the possibility future acquisition of part of the non-residential premises by the contracting authority. The subject of the public contract therefore includes in particular: a) the establishment of the right of construction to the affected land in favor of the selected supplier for the period specified in the terms and conditions, b) project preparation and implementation construction plan by the selected contractor in accordance with the binding requirements of the contracting authority and contractual documentation, c) fulfillment of the agreed material and time milestones of the project, d) future transfer of the land concerned from the ownership of the contracting authority to the ownership of the chosen one supplier under the conditions set by the terms and conditions, e) establishment and preservation of the option right of the contracting authority to acquire a defined part of the non-residential premises in the newly created building in the future, f) providing all cooperation necessary to fulfill the aforementioned contractual model. Part of the subject of the public contract is therefore not only the construction of the future building itself, but also the related property law and liability arrangement, without which the implementation of the requested project would not be possible.
