The subject of the order is the sale of electricity to SPSK in Otwock 2. The scope of the order is described in Annex 5 to the SWZ - detailed specification 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annexes 4 and 5 to the SWZ, i.e. essential terms of the contract and detailed specifications List of declarations submitted with the offer: 1) Declaration of meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings and demonstrating the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings prepared in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) - according to the template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may also use the tool available at website: https://espd.uzp.gov.pl/ a) The declaration constitutes preliminary confirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure as at the date of submission of offers b) The declaration constitutes preliminary confirmation that the entity the provider of resources is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure to the extent that the contractor refers to its resources as at the date of submission of offers. c) The declaration is submitted by each of the contractors jointly applying for awarding the order.
