The subject of the order is the sale of electricity to the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology with a total estimated volume of 5, 380 MWh, covering 6 months (July - December 2026), taking into account the option of increasing the contract price and/or increasing the W volume to a maximum of 11, 800 MWh and/or extending the contract execution period, up to a maximum of 12 months (in total). 2. CPV codes: 09300000-2 Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 Electricity. 3. Completion date orders: 6 months, i.e. from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to § 4 section 10 and 11 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. .
