The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a rotary mixer (rotary shaker) with containers acid-resistant The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The subject matter of the contract constitutes a functional whole, dividing the contract into parts would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract execution, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could jeopardize the correct and timely execution of the order. Moreover, not dividing the lot into lots does not distort competition by limiting the possibility of bidding for them. 2. Detailed description and method execution of the order includes the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4.
